Qualifications:

• Male or Female 35-50 yrs. old, with pleasing personality
• Graduates of any 4-year course, preferably in business
• With at least 2 years work experience as Sales Manager, preferably in real estate, securities, insurance, automotive, pharmaceutical and direct sale
• With excellent leadership skills and can motivate a team to its fullest potential
• With strong interpersonal, communication and management skills
• Will be responsible for recruiting, training and managing sales network as well as achieving their sales target
• Willing to work long hours and on weekends
• Preferably residing in Quezon City area or any location within Metro Manila.

Job Description:

• Promote the real estate business by generating sales through planning, creating marketing and sales plan in accordance with the required budget
• Responsible for the recruitment and training of sales consultant
• Responsible for achieving the target quota by supervising, monitoring and giving motivation to the sales team * Presents to the Sales Head performance review of selected existing accounts and strategies and action plan in a weekly basis
